1.1 Introduction

The TUSB1044A is a VESA® DisplayPort™ Alt Mode over USB Type-C® redriving switch that supports data rates up to 10Gbps for a downstream facing port (host) or upstream facing port (device). This guide describes how to bring up the EVM and includes schematics that can be used as reference for the cable implementations with the TUSB1044A device. This EVM is intended to demonstrate the SuperSpeed and SuperSpeed+ USB3.2 x2 functionality of the TUSB1044A.
