2.1 Test Overview

The TPS7H1111-QMLP was tested according to MIL-STD-883, Test Method 1019.9. For this testing, Condition A was used. The device was irradiated up to the target radiation level, and then put through full electrical parametric testing on the production Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
