(2) Approaching the absolute maximum rating for the VIN pin can cause the voltage on the PH pin to exceed the absolute maximum rating.
(3) BOOT to PH Abs MAX voltage is the maximum voltage that can be applied between BOOT and PH. Some devices develop voltage above 6V but below 10V during operation. These devices are not damaged by this voltage. Because some devices develop voltage above 6V during operation, capacitors placed between BOOT and PH must be rated for at least 10V operation.
