Waveforms

After completing the recommended test setup, verify that the following channels are displayed in the waveforms in Figure 3-2

  • CH 1 = HV+
  • CH 2 = S2
  • CH 3 = VDD/EN

Figure 3-3 shows two test points using the following channels settings.

  • CH 1 = VHipot (HV+)
