1.1 Introduction

The TPSM8287B30-2X-EVM enables evaluation of the TPSM8287B30LAPVCHR power module in a 2-stacked, step-down converter application. The TPSM8287Bxx are high-efficiency, high-accuracy, small and thin point-of-load (POL) power modules in applications such as the core supply for FPGAs, ASICs, DSPs, optical modules, storage, test and measurement, and other space-limited applications.
