Abstract

This report presents the reliability and qualification results for the TPS7H60x5-SEP radiation-tolerant, high voltage gate driver product family for space applications. The TPS7H60x5-SEP product family is designed for high frequency, high efficiency applications. TPS7H60x5-SEP is manufactured with a controlled baseline that has the following:
