4 Outgas Test Report

Outgassing is performed on assembly material sample containing the same mount and mold compound as the TPS7H60x5-SEP product family. A total mass loss (TML) of 1% and collected condensable material (CVCM) of 0.1% is used as a screening level. The outgassing test is performed in a vacuum environment of less than 5 ×10-5 torr according to ASTM E 595 for a duration of 24 hours at 125C.
