Switching Characteristics

At 1.9V ≤ VDD ≤ 42V, CTS = CTR = Open, RESET Voltage (VRESET) = 100kΩ to VDD, RESET load = 50pF, and over the operating free-air temperature range of –40°C to 125°C, unless otherwise noted. Typical values are at TA = 25°C.
MIN NOM MAX UNIT
tCTR Reset time delay CTR = Open 250 µs
tCTR Reset time delay CTR = 0.1uF 285.8 ms
tCTR Reset time delay CTR = 3.3uF 9.43 s
tPD Propagation detect delay(1)(2) CTS = Open, ADJ Vth 7 µs
tPD Propagation detect delay(1)(2) CTS = Open, Fixed Vth 9 µs
tCTS Sense time delay CTS = 0.1uF 300 ms
tSD Startup delay(3) 300 µs
20% Overdrive from threshold. Overdrive % = [VSENSE + VITP] / VITP
tPD measured from threhold trip point (VITP) to RESET VOL voltage for active-low devices and to RESET VOH for active-high devices
During the power-on sequence, VDD must be at or above VDD (MIN) for at least tSD + tCTR before the output is in the correct state.
