9.2.2.9 Soft-Start Capacitor

The soft-start time is programmed using the soft-start capacitor. The relationship between CSS and the soft-start time is given by:

Equation 31. C SS =   I SS × t SS V Ref =   18   nF

CSS = 18 nF gives a soft-start time of 1.8 ms.
