Thermal images for the top and bottom of the board at 90 VAC and 220 VAC are shown in the following figures.

The next two images reflect the thermal results at the following conditions; Figure 2-3 shows the top of the board and Figure 2-4 shows the bottom of the board:

  • 90 VAC
  • Full load
  • 30-minute soak
  • Room temperature
  • No airflow
