Thermal Performance

Figure 3-26 through Figure 3-28 show the thermal behavior for different load conditions. To improve the thermal performance of the whole board, consider implementing the following items:

  • Adding more layers to the PCB
  • Increasing the PCB size
  • Increasing the copper thickness
