Description

This reference design features a bidirectional isolated, multi-port dual active bridge (DAB) DC/DC converter designed for battery pack EIS excitation and active pack balancing. The design can generate a sinusoidal current from 0.04Hz to 2000Hz with up to 10A peak-to-peak amplitude. Additionally, the design supports both constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) modes to achieve efficient active pack balancing.
