In this video, you will learn about some of the challenges in designing bump detection in robotic vacuum cleaners and how these systems can benefit from Hall-effect sensors. We will also outline some aspects of the design process, such as choosing the right part for a given magnet. Lastly, we will show our completed design and demo its functionality.
