Why is my company account locked?
Accounts may be locked if there is no recent admin login activity:
- At least 1 super administrator must log in every 180 days, then the entire company account will not be locked. Only inactive super administrator accounts will be locked.
- If your company account does not have a super administrator, then at least 1 administrator must log in every 365 days.
Reminder emails are sent before inactive accounts are locked.
If your super administrator or administrator account was locked - simply log in to begin unlocking your account access again. For any additional questions, please contact our TI customer support center.
