Our DC/DC controllers support buck (step-down), boost (step-up) and buck-boost topologies. Paired with external FETs or power-stages, these controllers can offer flexible, high-efficiency, cost-effective and thermally robust DC/DC regulation for high-power applications and are backed by WEBENCH® design tools, reference designs and global supply chain reliability.

Buck (step-down) DC/DC controllers

Drive external FETs or power-stages to step-down (buck) from a high input DC voltage to a regulated low-output DC voltage.

Boost (step-up), buck-boost & SEPIC controllers

Drive external FETs or power stages to step-up (boost)from a low input DC voltage to a regulated high output DC voltage, or, you can either step-down or step-up with a buck-boost controller.

Multiphase DC/DC controllers

Drive power stages in a multiphase configuration to step-down (buck) from a mid-input DC voltage to a regulated low-output DC voltage and supporting Intel SVID, AMD SVI3, AVSBus and PMBus protocols.
