Overview

The AMC23C14 evaluation module (EVM) is an platform for evaluating the AMC23C14, which is an isolated window comparator with short response time. The comparator outputs are separated from the input circuitry by an isolation barrier that is certified to provide reinforced galvanic isolation of up to 5 kVRMS, and supports a working voltage of up to 1.5 kVRMS.

  • Wide high-side supply range: 3 V to 27 V
  • Dual window comparator with adjustable threshold
  • Supports positive-comparator-only mode
  • 100-µA reference for threshold adjustment
  • Propagation delay: 390 ns (max)
