Photodiode amplifier circuit



This circuit consists of an op amp configured as a transimpedance amplifier for amplifying the light dependent current of a photodiode.
  • Single 5-V supply
  • Input: 0 μA to 2.4 μA
  • Output: 100 mV to 4.9 V
  • Bandwidth: 20 kHz
