The DAC5652A evaluation module (EVM) is used to evaluate the DAC5652A, which is a 10-bit, 275-MSPS digital-to-analog converter (DAC). DAC5652AEVM has a single-ended, transformer-coupled analog output to accommodate the DAC5652A full-scale output sampling range. The EVM is designed to connect directly to the TSW1400EVM data capture/pattern generator tool from TI.

Additional support is provided through the High-Speed Data Converter Pro Software (DATACONVERTERPRO-SW) analysis tool. Also available is a DAC5652AEVM design package that includes schematics, Gerbers, and a bill of material (BOM).

  • High spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR): 80 dBc at 5-MHz output
