Overview

The DP83CX-M, DP83CX-RL, and DP83CX-RF evaluation modules (EVMs) evaluate the functionality and performance of DP83CX-M, DP83CX-RL, and DP83CX-RF Ethernet physical layer transceivers. The DP83CXEVMs support both 10BASE-Te and 100BASE-TX Ethernet protocols on the media dependent interface through an RJ-45 connection. This EVM is equipped with an onboard MSP430™ microcontroller to enable register access on DP83CX devices using USB to MDIO software.
