Overview
iWave’s iG-RainboW-G69M OSM Size-SF System on Module integrates the TI AM62Lx SoC featuring dual 64-bit Arm® Cortex®-A53 cores running up to 1.25GHz. Built on the OSM v1.2 standard with a compact 30mm x 30mm LGA form factor, it supports 1GB LPDDR4 (expandable to 2GB), 8GB eMMC (expandable), and dual 1Gb RGMII interfaces. Ideal for embedded and industrial applications, it offers rich I/O including USB, UART, CAN, MIPI DSI, RGB, and more. Designed for reliable soldering and robust performance in industrial temperatures (-40°C to +85°C). Linux 6.12.13+ supported. REACH & RoHS3 compliant.

Release Information
Thank you for your interest in the AM62L FREERTOS Software Development Kit (SDK). This software accelerates application development schedules by eliminating the need to create basic system software functions from scratch.
- The SDK includes a real-time multitasking kernel, examples and drivers.
- The exact content of the SDK depends on the capabilities of the device, but all devices share common APIs and build on existing proven software components to ensure reliability and quality.
- The software components are fully tested to ensure that they work together with TI’s Code Composer Studio integrated development environment.
