This is a PSR flyback reference design that outputs 24 V at 12 W from a 90-VAC to 265-VAC input. It is designed for a very small form factor of 50 mm x 38 mm x 25 mm. Conducted electromagnetic interference (EMI) is well below the CISPR32 Class B limits.
