Camera modules for ADAS applications can be very space constrained. The TIDA-01392 combines a 1.3-MP imager, a 1.9-Gbit/s serializer and the necessary power supplies. All of this functionality is contained on a 20-mm × 20-mm PCB design. The camera module reference design also simplifies communication by combining digital video, power, camera control, and diagnostics signals over a single 50-Ω coaxial cable.
A fully assembled board has been developed for testing and performance validation only, and is not available for sale.
