Overview

The TPS1HC120Q1EVM is a hardware evaluation module (EVM) used to evaluate the functionality and performance of the TPS1HC120-Q1 high side switch. The TPS1HC120Q1EVM is designed to be used as a standalone board with an attached voltage supply and output load. Features such as overcurrent, shortto-ground, and open-load detection are enabled for use on the evaluation module.

  • Operating voltage: 3V–28V
  • Ambient operating temperature: –40 to 125°C
  • Adjustable current limit with external resistor
  • Overcurrent, short-to-ground, open-load, and short-to-battery detection
  • Onboard LDO allowing for control signal manipulation
  • Output jumper to support inductive discharge configurations
