Overview

The TPS3704 evaluation module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the TPS3704-Q1, which is a multichannel window supervisor and reset IC in an 8-pin, small-outline transistor (SOT-23) DDF package. TPS3704Q1EVM monitors single-, dual-, triple- and quad-voltage rails. The input voltage for the EVM operates up to 6 V.

Output signals (/RESETx) can be set at the input voltage level or independently to any voltage level (within operating range) via specially-placed jumpers, allowing maximum flexibility. See the user's guide for detailed information.

  • Accommodates multiple channel variants (single-, dual-, triple- and quad-voltage monitoring)
  • Operates different output topologies (open drain or push pull)
  • Monitors direct voltage rail or monitored voltage can be divided down
  • Option to use different pullup voltage on all /RESET outputs via jumper
  • Optional input voltage monitoring with RC input filter (via jumpers) for noise suppression
  • 8-pin SOT-23 DDF package
