Overview

The TPS54350EVM-235 evaluation module allows the designer to evaluate the TPS54350 SWIFT DC/DC converter optimized for small size and low height. The inductor and capacitors selected allow a wide 6-18V input and a 3.3V output up to 3A. The output voltage can be easily adjusted for lower DSP and FPGA core voltages by changing a resistor divider. This particular design incorporates an optional low-side MOSFET (instead of a diode) to provide high efficiency synchronous rectification while switching at 500 kHz.
