Overview

The TPS548D21EVM-784 evaluation module (EVM) uses the TPS548D21. The TPS548D21 is a D-CAP3™ mode, 40A synchronous buck converter with integrated MOSFETs supporting AVSO. It provides a fixed 1.0V output at up to 40A from a 12V input bus.

  • ±0.5% 0.9VREF Tolerance Over -40 to 150°C Junction Temperature
  • True Differential Remote Sense Amplifier
  • D-CAP3 Control Loop to Support Large Bulk Cap and/or Small MLCCs Without External Compensation
  • Eco-Mode and FCCM Selectable
  • Temp Compensated and Programmable Current Limit with RTRIP and OC Clamp ±10%
