The TPS60250EVM-185 is an evaluation module for the TPS60250 high efficiency charge pump DC/DC converter for WLED drivers. The TPS60250 uses a dual mode load switch 1X and 1.5X conversion to maximize efficiency. It drives up to five white LEDs in the main display and up to two white LEDs with regulated constant current for uniform intensity.

  • 2.7 V to 6.5 V Input Voltage Range
  • X1 and X1.5 Charge Pump
  • 1.5 MHz Charge Pump Frequency
  • 7 Individually Regulated WLED Current Sink
  • 25 mA Max. Current for Each LED
  • 80 mA Max. Current of DM5 for Keypad or Low Cost Flash LED Applications
  • Dimming and On/Off Controlled by I²C
  • 16-Pin 3x3 QFN, 24-Pin 4x4 QFN Package
  • Typical 1% Current Matching for Sub & Main Display
