The Texas Instruments TPS70933EVM-110 evaluation module (EVM) is a fully-assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS79033 low-dropout regulator. This stand alone EVM has a low-dropout regulator IC for positive fixed-voltage regulation at 150-mA, input and output capacitors for stable operation, and header connectors for easy connection to external test and application circuitry.

  • 2% accuracy over temperature
  • Ultra-low IQ: 1 µA
  • Shutdown current: 150 nA
  • Input voltage: 2.5 V to 30 V
  • Stable with cost-effective ceramic capacitors
  • 300-mV dropout at 50 mA
  • Protections: overcurrent, overtemperature and reverse-current
  • SOT23-5 DBV package
