TPS7B4255EVM-062 evaluation module (EVM) is used to evaluate the operation and performance of the TPS7B4255-Q1 linear regulator for use in circuit applications.

This particular EVM configuration contains a 70-mA, high-voltage, voltage-tracking, low-dropout (LDO) regulator for automotive applications, as well as an onboard load-transient circuit that is optimized for very-low parasitic measurements. The regulator is capable of delivering up to 70-mA with a 3-mV tracking tolerance, and has a wide input-voltage (VIN) range up to 40 V and up to 45 V transient. For TPS7B4255-Q1 stability, use a 1-µF (or larger) output capacitor with less than 3-Ω equivalent series resistance (ESR).
