The TPSM8D7620 (SR174) evaluation module (EVM) facilitates the evaluation of the TPSM8D7620 (6A) and TPSM8D420 (4A) pin-to-pin compatible buck converters in small 6.4mm × 7mm overmolded BGA package. The SR174-001 uses the 6A TPSM8D7620 to output two voltage rails: 1.2Vout and 2.5Vout for input voltage up to 17V. The SR174 EVM can be modified to support various multiphase and multioutput configurations.
