CC1312R device is a multiprotocol Sub-1 GHz wireless microcontroller (MCU) supporting IEEE 802.15.4g, IPv6-enabled smart objects (6LoWPAN), MIOTY®, Wi-SUN®, proprietary systems, including the TI 15.4-Stack (Sub-1 GHz). The device is optimized for low-power wireless communication and advanced sensing in building security systems, HVAC, smart meters, medical, wired networking, portable electronics, home theater & entertainment, and connected peripherals markets. 
Support 169, 433, 470 to 510, 868, and 902 to 928 MHz ISM and SRD systems.

CC1352P7 device is a multiprotocol and multi-band Sub-1 GHz and 2.4-GHz wireless microcontroller (MCU) supporting Thread, Zigbee , Bluetooth 5.2 Low Energy, IEEE 802.15.4g, IPv6-enabled smart objects (6LoWPAN), mioty , Wi-SUN , proprietary systems, including the TI 15.4-Stack (Sub-1 GHz and 2.4 GHz), and concurrent multiprotocol through a Dynamic Multiprotocol Manager (DMM) driver. The CC1352P7 is based on an Arm® Cortex® M4F main processor and optimized for low-power wireless communication and advanced sensing in grid infrastructure, building automation, retail automation, personal electronics and medical applications.

CC1350 is an innovative dual-band wireless microcontroller that supports the Sub-1 GHz and 2.4 GHz frequency bands and is the world's first such microcontroller. It is equipped with a powerful Arm® Cortex®-M3 processor with an EEMBC CoreMark® score of 142 and an EEMBC ULPBench™ score of 158. The CC1350 features clock speeds up to 48 MHz, 128 KB of system-programmable flash memory and 8 KB of SRAM cache, and 20 KB of low-power SRAM. It supports OTA updates, has an independent low-power sensor controller and rich peripherals such as timers, ADC, UART, SPI, I2C and RTC. The CC1350 is also equipped with an AES-128 security module and true random number generator (TRNG), and supports eight capacitive keys.

The CC430 is a compact, low-power wireless communication system-on-chip (SoC) designed for battery-operated and energy-harvesting devices. It features a 16-bit microcontroller, system clock up to 20MHz, and operates within a voltage range of 2V to 3.6V. Withstandby power consumption as low as 2.0 µA and a fast wake-up time from standby, the CC430 is optimized for energy efficiency.
It includes multiple communication interfaces, a 12-bit ADC, real-time clock, comparator, and options for LCD driving. Security is enhanced with AES encryption and a hardware multiplier. The RF transceiver supports various frequency bands and data rates, while maintaining high sensitivity and receiver selectivity. Compliance with regulatory standards and support for the Wireless M-Bus protocol make the CC430 versatile for applications requiring low-power wireless communication.
