Overview

The UCC24624EVM-015 evaluation module (EVM) is used to convert the output rectifier of a LLC converter from diodes to synchronous rectifiers (SR) FETs to investigate and evaluate the efficiency benefits of using an SR over a rectifier diode.

  • Dual channel Synchronous Rectifier (SR) driver with 230V VD rating
  • Fast turnoff delay to support high frequency operation
  • Proportional gate drive to extend the SR conduction time
  • 30 mV turn off threshold for minimum body diode conduction
  • Fixed minimum on and off time to support 700 kHz switching frequency
  • Low standby current 150 uA with automatic sleep mode
