UCD3138 Phase Shift Full Bridge quickly gets a designer through evaluation to production in power supply designs based on high power PSFB topology by providing all-inclusive firmware with peak current mode control support, adaptive dead time optimization and programmable slope compensation.

Features

This firmware comes with native support for following features:

  • Peak current mode control w/ internal slope compensation & programming blanking time
  • Excellent voltage regulation and line regulation
  • Non-linear control for enhanced transient response oversampling function for enhanced transient response
  • Adaptive dead-time for optimizing efficiency
  • Constant power/constant current control
  • Cycle-by-cycle current limiting
  • Short-circuit protection with automatic re-start
  • Load current sharing
  • SR control and burst mode to improve light load efficiency
  • Faults protections such as OCP, OVP, OTP
  • PMBus1.2 (400 KHz) for configuration and telemetry functions
