TI characterizes FPD-Link devices with the data sheet defined power-up sequence to ensure proper operation and to avoid random behavior results when a device is operated beyond the data sheet spec, which can differ from device to device. This video will provide understanding on how to verify datasheet specifications such as power-up sequence which is critical to the application troubleshooting and debugging process. Common application issues related power-up sequencing may be:

  • Blank or flicker screens
  • I2C communication issues
