TMCS114X is a family of Hall-effect current sensors with best-in-class accuracy at high continuous current capability, highly reinforced isolation and built-in overcurrent detection, enabling the design of safer, more efficient high-voltage applications. Measure continuous currents ranging up to 125Arms and 175Apk and capture VREF output at high speeds ranging up to 500kHz. A DC/DC converter, powered by the TPS53667 step-down buck controller, provides up to 125A at a low voltage that is measured by the TMCS1143 and digitized by an ADC.
