10kW 800V to 50V intermediate bus converter (IBC) for AI server applications

TIDM-02025 is an 800V to 50V isolated intermediate bus converter (IBC), for AI server applications. The topology is a stacked half bridge LLC primary, with 650V LMG3670R010 GaN power FETs with integrated gate drivers, an integrated 16:1 step down matrix transformer, and a full bridge output rectifier, using 100V LMG3100 GaN FETs with integrated gate drivers utilizing the F28P551 microcontroller, UCC35131 high isolation voltage DC/DC power modules, and precision HVDC sensors- RES60A and AMC0311.
