CONTEST RULES

• The Challenge is open to working professionals, 18 years or older, at the time of registering for the contest. Students may visit TIIC DC website for participation in our contest for the student community.
• The Challenge is only for residents of India, Bangladesh, Pakistan or Sri Lanka.
• Participating teams must have a minimum of one and a maximum of five team member(s).
• Team members need not be part of the same organization.
• TI MCU Design Challenge 2014 will use an online submission system. Create an account and submit an online project proposal.
• A person must be a member of at most one team in the proposals received.
• Every design must have at least 1 TI MCU controller (MSP430/ C2000/ TIVA/ Hercules platforms).
• The shortlisted contestants of Phase I will be provided with only one free TI MCU Launchpad to develop their prototypes.
• All proposals will be acknowledged. Shortlisted Teams will be intimated by October 10th, 2014 so that they can proceed with the project implementation. The names of the short-listed teams will appear on www.ti.com/timdc2014.
• TI reserves the right to split the prize money in case the judges so recommend. Similarly, TI reserves the right to not award a prize if the judges so recommend. Participants can download and read the Terms & Conditions of the contest before registering.
