Supplier diversity

In addition to recruiting a diverse workforce, TI provides procurement opportunities to certified minority- and woman-owned business enterprises (MWBEs). We are a recognized leader in developing and fostering businesses owned by minorities and women. Our objective in MWBE development is to enable such firms to qualify and successfully compete for TI's business. This allows MWBEs to grow and create jobs, thereby strengthening the economy of the communities in which TI operates.
