LMZ12010 SIMPLE SWITCHER® 電源モジュールは、最大 10A の負荷を駆動できる使いやすい降圧 DC/DC ソリューションです。LMZ12010 の革新的なパッケージは、熱特性を強化するとともに、人手でも機械でもハンダ付けできます。

LMZ12010 デバイスは 6V～20V の入力電圧レールを受け付け、最低 0.8V の高精度かつ可変の出力電圧を供給します。LMZ12010 は、わずか 2 つの外付け抵抗と複数の外付けコンデンサのみで完全な電源ソリューションを構築できます。LMZ12010 は信頼性が高く堅牢な設計で、サーマル・シャットダウン、プログラマブル入力低電圧誤動作防止、出力過電圧保護、短絡保護、出力電流制限の保護機能が搭載されており、プリバイアス出力へのスタートアップが可能です。
