Test Overview

For this test, TPS7H1111-SP was tested according to MIL-STD-883, Test Method 1019.9. For this testing, Conditions A and D were used. The product was irradiated up to the target radiation level, and then put through full electrical parametric testing on the production automated test equipment (ATE). All devices remained functional passing all parametric test limits.
