2.5 Test Points

The HSS-HCMOTHERBRDEVM has the following test points available:

Identifier Description
VBB Power source of the device
VOUT1 and VOUT2 Outputs to the desired loads
GND Ground connection
VDD Connection to the digital supply for the high-side switch. This can also be used to supply an external VDD supply if configured with the J11 header and having the J15 header disconnected
FLT, DI, LHI Probe points for the digital signals of the high-side switch. FLT is an open drain output with a pull-up resistor connected to the MCU's 3.3V rail.
