Automotive Gateway

Automotive gateway integrated circuits and designs

Automotive Gateway modules route data from one control domain to another inside the car, such as from Body domain to Infotainment domain. The Gateway module also acts as the gatekeeper for all data coming into the vehicle. The internal and external data being routed by the Gateway includes real-time control and diagnostics data, calibration data, and audio and video data used by ADAS and Infotainment applications. A typical Gateway module includes different communication interfaces such as CAN, LIN and Ethernet along with a processor that translates data among the different communication protocols and a power tree to power all devices in the Gateway module.
