Wired control

Wired LED lighting control design resources and block diagram

Description

Wired lighting control is the backbone of the lighting system. Wired lighting control includes components such as switching relay panels and gateways and may use several wireless connectivity standards. The wired controls may be isolated or non-isolated and interconnect all the components of the lighting system.

  • TI Designs reference designs demonstrate various lighting control subsystems such as AC-DC power conversion, power management, load drivers and wired and wireless interfaces
  • Reference designs demonstrate methods to achieve elegant user interfaces and various implementations of efficient wireless control while complying with multiple worldwide standards
  • Reference designs demonstrate ways to achieve simpler proprietary control systems
