Feature Description

The TLV380x-Q1 are high-speed comparators with a typical propagation delay of 225 ps and LVDS output. The minimum pulse width detection capability is 240 ps and the typical toggle frequency is 3 GHz (6 Gbps). These comparators are well suited for distance sensing for LIDAR and time-of-flight applications as well as for high-speed test and measurement systems. The TLV380x-Q1 has two separate power rails for the input and the output; this allows the input to be referenced from either single or split supply (VCC and VEE) while the output is referenced from ground (VCC and GND).
