Overview

The TPS3850 is a high-accuracy voltage supervisor with an integrated watchdog timer. This device includes a precision voltage supervisor with both overvoltage (VIT+(OV)) and undervoltage (VIT-(UV)) thresholds that achieve 0.8% accuracy over the specified temperature range of –40°C to +125°C. In addition, the TPS3850 includes accurate hysteresis on both thresholds, making the device ideal for use with tight tolerance systems where voltage supervisors must ensure a RESET before the minimum and maximum supply tolerance of the microprocessor or system-on-a-chip (SoC) is reached.
