Test Setup Details

The devices under HDR exposure were tested in two conditions, biased and unbiased, as described in the following sections.

Unbiased

Unbiased HDR exposure was performed with all pins grounded.

Biased

Figure 2-1 shows the conditions used for biased HDR exposure.
