Thermal Performance

Figure 3-19 through Figure 3-20 show the temperature rise of the TPS54KB20 ICs at full 25-A load. Figure 3-19 and Figure 3-20 have only one TPS54KB20 on and loaded. A minimum of 10 minutes for soak time was used before taking each measurement.
