Wakeup into Short Test

Use the following instructions to perform the wakeup into short test:

  1. Set the input supply voltage VIN to 12 V and current limit of 9 A. Turn OFF the power supply.
  2. Short the output of the device, VOUT1 to GND with a short cable.
  3. Turn ON the power supply.

Figure 5-5 shows test waveform of wakeup into output short on the TPS25948EVM eFuse evaluation board.
