7.3.2 Partial Power Down (Ioff)

This device includes circuitry to disable all outputs when the supply pin is held at 0V. When disabled, the outputs neither source nor sink current, regardless of the input voltages. The amount of leakage current at each output is defined by the Ioff specification in the Electrical Characteristics table.
