Application Information

A common application for AND gates is their use in power sequencing. Power sequencing is often employed in applications that require a processor or other delicate device with specific voltage timing requirements in order to protect the device from malfunctioning. Using the SN74LVC1G08 to verify that the processor has turned on can protect it from any harmful signals.
